Employer Code of Conduct
All employers using our platform or recruitment services must agree to the following conditions:
1. Accurate Representation
- All job listings must be truthful, with accurate job titles, responsibilities, pay, and benefits.
- Misleading or deceptive advertisements will result in immediate suspension.
2. No Discrimination or Harassment
- Employers must treat all applicants fairly and without discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Harassment, exploitation, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Employers must respect the privacy of job seekers and protect their personal data in compliance with local and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
4. No Fees Charged to Job Seekers
- Employers are strictly prohibited from asking job seekers to pay for jobs, interviews, or placement.
5. Legal Compliance
- Employers must comply with all local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and immigration/employment permit laws.
6. Verification & Vetting
- Employers agree to undergo identity verification and company registration checks before job postings are approved.
7. Zero Tolerance for Fraud
- Any attempt to deceive, exploit, or abuse job seekers will lead to immediate termination from the platform and may be reported to legal authorities.
